Document Translation Services in Birmingham is here to surprise you with its rates. Our low prices underlie the philosophy that in order to get quality, you do not always have to pay much.
Our translations come with a certification which makes them valid within all the institutions and bodies in the UK and the EU.
Standard Document-Fixed Price
We call standard this kind of document that counts approximately 250 words/page. Normally, these documents have a standard charge of 20£.
Special Discounts
It's part of our policy to make discounts to all our regular clients. We always appreciate the fact that you have been choosing us again and again, that's why we try to reward you by giving you better prices.
Special discounts are also given to customers who want to translate more than one document.
Come back to us and ask for your translated document
We always keep a record of our customers and their documents. Your files are stored in our system for five years. If you want an extra copy of your translated document and its certification, it will ONLY cost 5£! This way you do not have to go through the translation process again. We help you save money and time.
Additional Charges
There are several reasons why a document can be charged with additional costs:
- We charge the translation of a standard document with a fixed rate. However, the complexity of the document can be a factor in which extra charges will be made. The complexity of a document basically refers to its formatting (if it is handwritten, how legible it is, if there are tables, terminology etc).
- We always provide certified translations of your documents, valid and ready to be used anywhere in the UK and the EU. In special situations and when the translated documents will be used outside Europe, they need to be Notarized or Apostilled. Our long-term collaboration with established in the field solicitors, allow us to provide very low charges for these additional services as well.
